Ocean front paradise
Baja California has become one of Mexico's most important tourist attractions. Part of this is due to the state's location on Mexico's northern border adjacent to California, USA, one of the richest of the U. S. states. Tijuana is noted for having the busiest border crossing in the world. Literally tens of thousands of these crossings are by visitors eager to enjoy the wide variety of Baja California's natural attractions. There is certainty an abundance of Baja California to enjoy -beautiful beaches, sand dunes, magnificent mountains, deserts, lagoons, forests, historical sites and wondrous panoramic views.

Many of Baja's visitors become potential residents after they discover the beauty that Baja has to offer and a way of life that may de more serene than they presently are experiencing and at a cost far less than north of the border. They come to soak up the Baja sun on a gorgeous Baja beach and decide this heaven on earth is just the right spot for a vacation home or a weekend retreat the perfect place for those who "want to get away from it all."

This has created somewhat of a boom along Baja's golden coast. Important and exciting new tourist and residential developments, talking advantage of Baja's excellent beaches, have sprung tip everywhere meeting the demand for the " beautiful, good life."
