Safety Tecate SCORE San Felipe 250 Desert Race More than 275 cars, trucks, motorcycles and ATVs attempt to complete a challenging 232-mile course that starts and finishes in the town of San Felipe on the Sea of Cortés. On Friday, the pre-race Manufacturer`s Midway and tech inspection is from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. on the malecón. On Saturday, motorcycles and ATVs take off at 6 a.m., followed by trucks and cars at approximately 10 a.m., at the start line located at the landmark San Felipe arches.
