First Immigration Informative workshop
First Immigration Informative workshop organized by the Association of Professional Migratory Consultants, A.C. (APTM) in conjunction with the City Public Relations Department/Foreign Residents Affairs Office FRAO, was held on November 7th in the Municipal Building featured by Lawyer Ivette Baltazar Q.
Lawyer Ivette Baltazar is the representative of Immigration for the State of Baja California to regularize and authorize migratory proceeds. She spoke about Immigration policy; how Mexico’s General Law of Population establishes the rights and obligations of foreigners according to Immigration laws.
The Association of Professional Migratory Consultants, A.C., (APTM) was conformed in August 2001 and before this association was conformed each and every one of us worked individually as professionals but it is evident that after conforming this association, it has giving us strength and knowledge to assist and serve all foreigners that want to legalize their status and live in Mexico as residents or as investors. Part of our commitment as members of this Association of Professionals is to be current and well informed in migratory laws and maintain all ties and communications open with government offices that permit us to serve and work as professional consultants and provide quality service.
These are some of the different migratory statuses:

NON IMMIGRANT
